Fill Your Makeup Bag for Under $150 with Designer Brands

Price: From $8.99

Where to Buy:

There’s simply no excuse to be using products tested on animals these days, especially with companies like Designer Brands hitting you with affordable and easily accessible beauty products. I’ve teamed up with Designer Brands to show you how to create a vegan and cruelty free beaut kit for under xx.

You’ve gotta start with a great base and you can’t go past DB’s new Rise and Prime Luminescent Primer ($19.99). Slap this stuff on your face and give it a dose of green tea, aloe vera and vitamins A, C and E. It’s hella easy to apply and is quickly absorbed into the skin to keep your morning routine on schedule.

Pair this with the amazing DB Luminous Hydrating Foundation ($19.99). It’s so easy to apply to the skin and blends flawlessly, plus hits you with that hyaluronic acid, green tea, aloe vera and vitamins A, C and E.

The Take Cover Concealer ($10.99) is one of my fave DB products thanks to its creamy, easy to blend formula and squishy yet precise applicator. Add it under the eyes to brighten or any blemishes for dope coverage and zero cakiness.

While we dealing with eye brightening, DB’s limited edish Banana Brightening Powder ($11.99) is gonna give your skin that extra brightening boost.

Next you wanna hit that face with a sun-kissed look. DB’s Glow Get Em Bronzer ($12.99) is a great bronzing and contouring product, enriched with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and chamomile to soothe skin while making you look fly.

Dual-purpose products are my jam, so natch I love the Brilliant Skin Blush and Illuminator Duo ($14.99). The illuminating portion gives your skin a shimmery (but not glittery) glow, while the super pigmented blush brings that rosiness to your cheeks.

One of the most astonishing Designer Brands products is their Extend A Brow ($12.99). Using the wand, you apply these tiny little fibres to your existing brows to create a fuller look that doesn’t budge til you want it to.

DB’s 12 Mineral Eyeshadow Palette ($12.99) has got to be one of the best value products in the entire range. Nicely pigmented colour, enriched with vitamin E for smooth application in 12 shades to create tonne of looks.

Then you want to hit the liner and man, the Absolute Liquid Eye Liner Pen ($8.99) goes on with precision and last ages without moving, which is very impressive especially at such an affordable price!

If you like your lashes separated yet enhanced, I can highly recommend DB’s False and Flared Mascara ($14.99). It conditions the lashes with Pro Vitamin B5 and Serine while also extending and separating the lashes.

To finish off your kit, you’re gonna need the perfect lip product and while DB have a tonne to choose from, I love the Chubby Lip Crayon ($8.99). Glides on like a dream thanks to cocoa butter and vitamin E and even when the formula stars to wear, it leaves a perfect tint.
