7 Ingredient Seed + Nut Crackers

Difficulty: Easy Makes 36 I'll admit it, I'm one of those people who sometimes sees that something is described as healthy and go "nup, that'll taste like shit". Sometimes I am wrong and if you've already assumed from the title that these don't taste good, you're wrong too! The Chia Co.

Price: From $7.69AUD Where To Buy: www.thechiaco.com.au The first time I ever heard of chia was on that Chia Pet ad at the beginning of Wayne's World but then it kind of dropped of the radar. Ingredients 3/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup coconut oil 3 cups oats 1/4 cup flax seeds 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup crushed peanuts 1/4 cup almonds (I bash them so they're not entirely whole) Method Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 19cm x 29cm pan. In a small saucepan, bring the maple syrup, brown sugar...
