Vegan Parmesan

Miss those days of sprinkling a healthy dose of parmesan cheese over your favourite pasta dish? Miss no more, my super easy and super quick recipe has you covered. It takes less that 3 minutes to make so it can be made on a whim, tastes great and lasts for yonks if kept in an airtight container.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until fine.
  2. Sprinkle over your favourite dish and enjoy!
