If this is the first time you’re hearing about e.l.f. I am glad that you’ve finally decided to move out from under that rock to a more spacious living situation. Even though they are so well known, I’ve found that a bunch of people don’t know a couple of really important things about them:

  • All of their products are vegan (excluding some brushes in the Essentials range which are made from cut natural horse hair)
  • They’re so easy to find online at the e.l.f. website and at Kmart stores
  • e.l.f. products are so freaking affordable!

e.l.f. hooked your girl up with a bunch of their products to create my perfect look!

Face

We all know how effing important it is to create the perfect base and e.l.f. have tonnes of products to prime, like their Aqua Primer Mist from their Aqua Beauty range ($22 AUD). This water-based primer mist gets your skin in the mood by hydrating with purified water, cucumber and vitamins B and E. Just spray evenly over the face to get perfectly prepped, dewy skin.

Next up, you wanna hit your skin with foundation, right? I was so stoked to try the Beautifully Bare Foundation Serum  in shade Fair/Light ($22 AUD). This stuff feels like you’re wearing nothing at all and sits flawlessly on the skin, plus it’s got an SPF 25.

Now it’s time to cover up those real problem areas with the e.l.f. HD Lifting Concealer in the shade Fair ($9 AUD). The little doe-foot applicator it’s hella easy to apply this concealer to the areas you want to cover and easily blend using your fingers.

A look isn’t a look without highlighter, fact. The Baked Highlighter in the shade Blush Gem ($12 AUD) is where it’s at. It’s infused with vitamin E, jojoba, sunflower, almond and grape so it nourishes your skin while making it look damned fine.

Eyes

It’s so easy to achieve a boomin’ eye look with e.l.f. eye products. The Molten Liquid Eyeshadow, also from the Aqua Beauty Range, in Brushed Copper ($12 AUD). Sweep this liquid shadow along the eye with the doe-foot applicator and allow to dry to get a super metallic look.

A winged eyeliner is where it’s at with just about any eye look. The e.l.f. Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Black ($6 AUD) makes it easy to create a sharp wing with the super-sharp tip.

Finish off the eyes with the e.l.f. 3-in-1 Mascara in Black ($9.00 AUD) to life, separate and add volume without clogging and looking feral.

You can’t have a dope eye look without the brows and the e.l.f. Instant Lift Brow Pencil in Taupe ($3 AUD) is such an affordable way to get your brows on fleek. This retractable pencil glides on easily and has an in-built brush to help style the brows too!

Lips

I like to keep things pretty simple in the lip area and I love a good lip stain. The Aqua Beauty Radiant Gel Lip Stain in Dewy Berry ($12 AUD) looks bold but can be easily blended out to create a subtle hint of colour that’ll last for ages.

Have you got a face e.l.f. product or are you dying to try one of them? Let me know in the comments!
