Vegan Parmesan

Makes about 2 cups
Miss those days of sprinkling a healthy dose of parmesan cheese over your favourite pasta dish? Miss no more, my super easy and super quick recipe has you covered. It takes less that 3 minutes to make so it can be made on a whim, tastes great and lasts for yonks if kept in an airtight container.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until fine.
- Sprinkle over your favourite dish and enjoy!
I made a quarter recipe of this, which was very easy to make in my mini processor and was lovely over all sorts of pasta dishes.
I really need to get a mini processor, you’ve just reminded me haha!
