What’s good about it?
It’s the best feta substitute I’ve tried so far and it’s hella creamy! It tastes amazing in a Greek salad too.

What’s bad about it?
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing but it doesn’t crumble well. If you’re after a crumbly feta, this ain’t it.
