Difficulty: Easy
Serves 2-4 (depending on serving size)
I told y’all I wasn’t going to leave you hanging on the recipe-front while I continue on my low carb grind, so I’m hitting you with another recipe with my friends from Nature’s Charm.
This EASY AF chocolate pudding contains only 5 ingredients, takes minimal effort to make and the end result is also gluten free and nut free (as long as you’re not allergic to coconut, that is!) You couldn’t ask for a better recipe to rustle up for a last minute dinner party or after-dinner hankering if you tried.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 can Nature’s Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk
- 80g vegan chocolate, melted
Method
- Chuck the caster sugar, corn flour and salt into a medium saucepan.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and gradually whisk in the Nature’s Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk.
- Continue to whisk over medium heat until the mixture thickens (it’ll seem like nothing is happening and then BAM!)
- Remove from the heat and gently whisk in the melted chocolate.
- Pour into glasses or cups and allow to chill completely before serving (with a little extra chocolate or berries if you’re feelin’ fancy.)
